The monthly report

One page on the first business day of each month.

Written by the person who runs your account. Six lines, in the words you would use yourself: what you spent, how many calls and forms came in, and what each one cost.

What each line means.

  1. Spent

    What you spent.

The ad spend Google billed to your card for the month. Our fee is not in it; it is on our invoice.

  2. Inquiries

How many calls and forms came in.

Calls past the minimum length we agreed in week one, and completed forms, from the ads, from people in your counties. Calls and forms counted apart.

  3. Cost

    What each inquiry cost.

Ad spend divided by inquiries. The one number to judge the month by. Hold it against the most an inquiry may cost you, which the calculator on our pricing page works out from your own figures.

  4. Callers

    Who called.

Calls and forms by matter and by county, so you can see whether the right people are coming, not only how many.

  5. Changed

    What we changed.

In plain words: what we blocked, where budget moved, which ad or page won a test. Every change is also in the account's log.

  6. Next

    What changes next.

What we plan for the coming month, and anything we need a decision on from you, with a date.

What is not on it, on purpose.

  • Clicks, impressions and click-through rates. They are in your account whenever you want them; they do not tell you whether the phone rang.
  • Which inquiries became clients. We count calls and forms; what happens after the call stays with you.
  • A dashboard to log into. The page comes to your inbox.
