Employment law, employee side
Employees call. Employers do not.
Employers and HR search the same words your clients do. We keep them out before they cost you a click, and put the questions that matter to you on the page, so the caller has answered them before you pick up.
25 minutes with Matthis and Paul. We prepare for your firm before the call.

Who calls
Who reaches your phone, and who never sees the ad.
Reaches you
- Fired, demoted, harassed or unpaid, in your state
- Has answered employer size and dates
- Has read “we represent employees” before calling
Never sees the ad
- Employers, HR and defense-side searches
- Job seekers and staffing-agency searches
- Matters you do not take
Matters
Every matter you take gets its own page. Nothing else does.
A matter missing? Tell us on the call. Every page goes live in your words, after you have approved it.
| Matter | What is different about the caller |
|---|---|
| Employment lawyer | Both sides search it. Only employees get through |
| Wrongful termination | Own page. Dates and employer size asked first |
| Discrimination | Protected class and timeline asked first |
| Harassment | Own page, own wording |
| Unpaid wages and overtime | Amounts and pay period asked first |
| Retaliation | Usually follows a complaint. Asked first |
How it works
Simple on purpose.
1
We learn your practice.
A 25-minute call about the matters you take, the counties you serve and your consultation fee. If you already run ads, we read the account before we speak.
2
We build pages that sort callers before they call.
One page per matter and city, on your domain, with your fee and the questions that matter to you. Ads that only show in the counties you name.
3
Our software runs it daily. We check it weekly.
Search terms, bids and tests run every day on software we built for law firm accounts. Nothing changes without one of us looking at it. You get one page a month.

Pricing
One flat fee. Never a percentage of your spend.
Tiered by how much you spend on ads, so the fee fits the size of the account. Google bills your ad spend directly. We never touch it.
