Who we are
We spent years tracing every marketing dollar to the contract it signed. Now we do it for your firm.
We are Matthis and Paul, two people in Hamburg, Germany, working on US Eastern and Central hours. We spent years running paid search in markets where clicks are expensive and a campaign lives or dies by what it brings in. Some of those companies sell to law firms, which is how we learned how firms buy, and how they get burned. When we read what small firm owners say about their agencies, every problem was one we already knew how to fix.
The two of us
One runs your account. One builds the software.

Matthis Janssen
Runs your account. Takes your calls.
I have run paid search and paid social for more than twenty companies, in markets where a click costs real money and every dollar has to be traced to a signed contract, or the budget is gone next quarter. I bring the same discipline to your account: what we spent, who called, what each request cost.
- Paid search and social for more than twenty companies, measured to the dollar
- Builds and reviews every campaign on your account himself
- The person who picks up when you call

Paul Nispel
Builds the software.
I built the marketing operations behind fast-growing companies: the tracking, the systems and the reporting that let a team know what every campaign was worth. Now I build the software that works your account every day, so two people can do what used to take a department.
- Built the tracking and reporting behind fast-growing companies
- Writes the software that runs the daily account work
- Designs the tracking that makes the monthly page true
Why law firms
Every complaint we read was a problem we had already solved.
Percentage fees that reward a bigger budget. Accounts the firm cannot log into. Reports full of clicks and empty of meaning. Phones ringing with people who wanted free advice. In the markets we come from, those problems were solved years ago with tracking, pre-qualification and plain reporting. Small firms deserve the same, at a price a small firm can pay.
How we work
Six things you can hold us to.
01
A flat fee, never a percentage.
We earn nothing from talking you into a bigger budget. The fee depends on the size of the account, not on how much of your money passes through it.
02
You own everything, from day one.
The Google Ads account, the pages and the data are in your name. If you leave, you take all of it and we help you hand it over.
03
We say no when we should.
If your account is already good, we tell you and stop. If your budget will not buy enough in your county, we tell you before you spend it. If we are not the right fit, we say who is.
04
Two people, no handoffs.
The two people on the first call are the two people on the account every month. There is no account manager, no junior, no ticket queue.
05
Everything in writing.
The teardown is a document. The monthly page is a document. You never have to remember what someone said on a call.
06
One thing, done properly.
Google Ads and the pages the ads land on. Not SEO, not social, not your website. For anything else we will tell you who does it well.
For the record
What we are not.
- We are not lawyers. You write the law, we write the ads, and every page goes live only after you approve it.
- We are not a full-service agency. If you want one vendor for everything, we are the wrong choice.
- We do not sell leads. We run your account, in your name, for a flat fee.
Why we built it this way
We read what firm owners say about agencies. Then we built the opposite.
“A lot of agencies hide behind beautifully colored reports that are completely empty inside.”
Law firm owner, r/LawFirm
What we do insteadYou get one page a month with four numbers and what we changed. No dashboard.
“The company I am using seems to think that any call is a good call.”
Family law owner, r/LawFirmMarketing
What we do insteadYour fee and your questions sit on the page, before the phone number.
“Our phone rings constantly with people looking for pro bono and free consults, neither of which I have ever offered.”
Law firm owner, r/LawFirm
What we do insteadThose searches never see your ad. We block them before they cost you a click.
“They do not give Google accounts back.”
Law firm owner, r/LawFirm
What we do insteadThe account is yours from the first day. So are the pages and the data.
